Grace, speed, balance, and usability. Vague, I
know, but that is the essence of the tao. Package wise though,
here is a short list of what it is I plan on including:

music player, similar to xmms but a fork from it.
- totem:
movie/dvd player in conjunction with the xine firefox
browser plugin for video streaming online
- gedit
and abiword: a
quick notepad editor along with a MSWord-similar document editor.
- firefox:
replaced epiphany for video streaming stability, and lower package size
(not to mention no moz deps)
- thunderbird: email checker
- gimp: image
editing tool
- alsa
and oss
support: for a wide variety sound card support
- firestarter:
a front end tool to the iptables firewall
- xchat: an irc
chatting client
- java: for use
in browsers
- gaim:
for aim, irc, icq, jabber, etc
- apache httpd
server: for quick file hosting
- ssh server:
for emergency remote access
- flash player 7:
for use in browsers
- ggv:
to view pdf files
- various system recovery tools(undecided on specifics): tools
meant to help recover a possibly lost system
